Despite having grown up in Singapore, I have never been to Indonesia! So I jumped on the opportunity when my husband's colleagues planned a trip to Bali! It was nice to go for a retreat, a break away from work ;) Enjoy!

Been offline for awhile now, and I'm back with my personal project!
As most people know, I just purchased a new HDB flat thanks to my awesome CPF savings lol. (no they did not pay me to say this. honestly who knew I could own a flat so soon? I didn't even fork out a single cent in cash!)
The Contractor
Anyway, I didn't even lose sleep when choosing my renovation contractor. And because I was doing the design, I went straight to a contractor rather than engaging an interior designer. They are Kee Link Interiors, who are a family owned business and I engaged one of their project director Skye!
The Furniture
My husband and I are extreme minimalist, and are actually appalled by the numerous obiang furniture shops we have seen. So was it hard finding a furniture shop that suited our taste buds? errr YES!!!
But all is good. After hunting the whole of Singapore for the perfect furniture, we found our saviors!!!
Do remember to check them out! they have very minimal simple yet sophisticated and elegant collection, which is perfect for us :D:D Their designs are very Scandinavian or even Japanese, and use hardwood rather than laminate. And hardwood for the price they offer? ERRR TAKE MY MONEY!
All other fittings suppliers were all provided by my contractor, so I won't bother putting them here. But yes, my husband and I are very pleased with it! Nothing feels better than coming home to our dream flat :) Enjoy!
